I honestly thought that while it was super mainstream, I might not enjoy it since litRPG is such a male dominated space, and some of the webnovels have tropes that I don't enjoy, even as a light novel reader.

But I didn't expect how thoughtful and introspective the series could be at times, and it genuinely has heart.

My friend who's super discerning about this kind of stuff recommended it to me, so I knew I was in for a ride
