Honestly solving this problem with my monthly book posts was one of the reasons I made the reading tracker site. Now I can just link to a specific month, and you can see all the links to the blog posts and even the reading progress on each book!

Seems like overkill but it was super tedious, sometimes the monthly fedi post took me 30 minutes to get all the links and info together.
